HVI tested Recipe per lot
Step 2 · Package & Space Dyeing
02

Dyeing

Computer-controlled sample dyeing (±0.3 ΔE), package dyeing for solid shades, jet dyeing for space-dyed effects.

Step 3 · Drawing & Roving
03

Drawing & Roving

Two passages of drawing for evenness, roving with auto-levelling to keep count variation under 1.5%.

Count CV < 1.5% Auto-levelling
Step 4 · Fancy Twisting (Core) Core process
04

Fancy Twisting

Three-yarn system: core + effect + binder on fancy twisters. Overfeed and twist per effect card create loops, slubs, nops and feathers.
